Hey everyone, how's it going on? Vinay. And this is Joe and we're the co-founders at loom. Um, welcome to our D and I page our DNI is important to us because we know that in order to build a company in product where everyone feels seen, heard, and appreciated, one of the most important parts of that
is having a diversity of thought within our own team. That includes people from multiple walks of life who have multiple different perspectives.
And so DNI is really important to us. And, uh, we've been pushing on DEI for two years in earnest, but it was really in 2020 that we said, not only do we need to do more on this front, but we also need to share what we're doing.
And so this is not to Pat ourselves on the back. This is to hold ourselves accountable, and it's also to hopefully inspire others to what their DEI efforts, because of that.
We've, we've invested in four broad categories across representation, pay equity, growth, and mobility community. We've done a lot of work here and I'll let everybody read this page.
We won't go over every single detailed bullet, but we know that we still have a long way to go. And, you know, as a technology company, we gotta be data informed.
And so it's not enough to make effort. We have to make progress as well. And this is why we provide the data below is that it's one of our cultural values to lead with transparency.
And so our efforts were and continue to be data informs. And we wanted to share this with you all. And if what we're showing here resonates with you, what we share on our careers page resonates with you.
Uh, hopefully this makes it apparent that we're a pretty friendly bunch. We're very inclusive. So, uh, please apply. All right, y'all see ya.
