Hey, I just wanted to give you a bit more information about how you can view your users and workspace data as an admin to track performance, understand how they're performing, and a bunch of other details.
All right. So if you go into your workspace settings in your account and go over to data, it's really easy to access.
You can view the following information. So it's a graph that displays the video link, the video name, which one of your users created the loom, the email of that user.
And, uh, additional information on whether or not the video was public, what workspace it was posted to, and the permissions that people have to that, whether or not the video has a password, um, gives you some more data about the visibility, tells you what folder was put in.
And, um, just regular video information here. So, the video duration, how many views it received.
Unique viewers. Unique viewers means anybody that is outside of your workspace. So, um, say you're a salesperson, sending a loo to somebody.
Um, those unique viewers can obviously be tied to the, uh, prospect or individual that you sent the video to. So that is unique.
Viewers, downloads, comments, reaction, CTAs, These are all data that we find, uh, indicates engagement with your lum and kind of helps you track performance.
So, I hope this was helpful. Let me know if you have any questions. You can also download these, uh, these data as a csv if that's something you need to do.
So again, let know if you have questions. I hope this was, uh, clarifying and helpful.
