Hey, my name is Hannah, and I'm going to walk you through how to send a video in email. There's a lot of different instances in which you might want to incorporate video into your email outreach.
I like to incorporate videos. Anytime. My message needs to be a little bit more personalized or a little bit more touching, a little bit higher touch than the rest of my customers, perhaps.
I will walk you through how to do that in Gmail and also how to do it in regular email tools.
So you can do that in outreach, HubSpot outlook, pretty much any other email tool. And you can also use this in embed functionality to pretty much put loos anywhere.
So go ahead and follow. Along with me, this is a Loom I recorded earlier for a customer that I am looking to push towards expansion.
They had some copies or personas that I wanted all out to since those teams are growing. And I also wanted to show how much usage they had on their account since the last time we spoke.
So I recorded a Loom about that and also just some pricing for the next steps of their contract, as they're looking to upgrade and expand their account.
So recorded a loo about that and added some notes below. And then to put this in an email it's super easy.
All you need to do is cool. It copied link, and then go to the body of your email and make some space for the loom and paste the link.
I already have a loom up there, so I'm gonna remove that, but it's super easy to do as you just saw expands nicely.
And you've got a nice link and preview to the loom that you recorded for your customer or your recipient. If you were looking to put looms in a different tool, that is email, all you need to do is click share, click in bed, copy gift thumbnail.
And it goes as the exact same. As if you just pasted the link itself looks nice in an email looks nice, pretty much anywhere you wanna put it.
So I hope you found those helpful. I use video email in pretty much all of my outreach and it increases reply rates by about five times.
So would recommend you do the same and hope you'd reach out with any questions you may have, have a good one.
