Hi, I'm Daisy. And I'm a business recruiter here at Paxos, and I'm coming to you on how I use loom to be more efficient.
So as a recruiter, one of my jobs is to screen applicants and find talent who might be a great fit for a job.
And also to do some of the preliminary screenings with the applicants. I think as someone who has been in the job market and has interviewed candidates for a long time, one of the, I think frustrations about the job search process is how job descriptions can be really vague.
And there's a lot of options and sometimes uncertainty into whether a job is a good fit for you. And if it aligns for your values and your longterm career goals.
So recently I've been using loom as an external communication tool to talk about jobs and go beyond a job description.
Take a look at the post here from my LinkedIn, where I promoted a payroll manager position. And I went through some of the exciting aspects of the job, um, including, you know, kind of ownership, um, and the immense contributions of the role.
And I think that as someone who has been in this space for a long time, um, you know, I think it's really helpful to just get a little bit more context into things.
Um, especially since there's just so many different types of companies and so many variations of the same.
